spider pig song is assault in UK

you might have heard this one already but, apparently one david mullen 22, was arrested for assault because he called a cop ginger and sang the spider pig song from the Simpsons movie. Hmmmm really!? I hope I read that wrong but damn! How can you be mad at spider pig!!!
